Everyone needs a helping hand now and again - my little helper

 Just started painting a a set of new sticks and Luca is giving me his expert opinion on which brush to use on the background.

It is one of those days, I just cannot make a sensible decision and doubt my choices. My dog can be very silly at times, he is a cocker what more do I need to say but today he is making more sense than me. 

Remember: It is OK to ask for help sometimes, it is a sign of strength to reach out for support. I know I need it at times.

But also don't forget to remind yourself how great you are, look in the mirror and give yourself a thumbs up.
