Shipping policy

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

Order are sent out by either Royal Mail or by courier for larger items.

Dispatch times may vary depending on your purchase, please bear in mind most items are made to order. Please check the shipping information on individual items.

Shipping to UK only.

Customs Import and export duties, taxes and fees to be paid by the customer, we do not calculate these.  Any issues with customs once the item reaches the country of delivery should be resolved by the customer.  We no longer sell or ship to any EU country due to GPSR legislation coming in force on 13th December 2024. We no longer ship outside UK.

Artwork will only be dispatched after cleared payment has been received.

Shipping rates vary depending on your purchase go to your cart and check out to view shipping costs.

You will receive notification once your order has been shipped.

Only UK shipping fees are currently displayed. There is free shipping to some products in the UK, this will be noted on the page for that product.

Free shipping to UK only where specified. Free shipping will be only offered on initial delivery of the item, if the item is returned to Helen Elizabeth Studios (the sender) due to the customer not collecting from a designated point or not receiving a parcel when delivery was attempted, a fee to have this reshipped will be required. If the customer requires a refund this will be given minus inital shipping costs and fees incurrered at point of purchase.
