Less is More

I loved creating this painting. I think the most enjoyable part was painting two of my dogs mother and daughter Lilly and Tyler.  Lilly as usual is sat on my chair leaving little room for me. 

The inspiration for this picture was a day out we had on the moor. The girls love being outdoor especially in the wild and windy hills. Although the painting was completed with hills, sky and heather I love the picture just with the two dogs at the pencil drawing stage. Maybe I should had left it at that sometimes less is more.
