My faith in customer service did need some restoring. Then last week I had to visit the opticians to get some glasses for seeing my close up work.  I don't like going to the optician. The last one was not very nice. So I changed and OMG what a lovely experience I actually came out with a smile on my face. Lovely gentleman served us he was so great and a lovely lady optician. The service was fantastic. Cannot wait to collect my new glasses. Thanks to the lovely people at  Vision Express in Bangor you made our day.
